Vidic was poor at first. Pally got humiliated at city early on, Staam looked very poor in the world cup after United bought him, Demichelis was being called the managers love child not so long ago, thats the only way he was getting a game....
I wouldnt judge him too soon.
He is young, strong and very quick - qualities you need to succeed in the PL.
