Hearing that Dicko and Salko are both likely to miss the game. They will have tests this morning but doesn't look good. If they are out then McAlinden will start. That could mean the same as last week with Liam instead of Dicko and Jacobs on the left. Or he might do what they did against Northamptob in the League Cup early in the season and play Clarke up front and Liam on the left. Liam was our best player that night

Can't see him playing Liam on the left ahead of Jacobs?

Also, strange how Liam comes back in ahead of Leon (nobody gonna argue with that) but also ahead of Sabo ????

Not really. I don't think they are very impressed with Sagbo. Doesn't work very hard in training evidently and hasn't been able to adapt to how we play. Guess we will send him back as soon as we can. Have we had him a month now? Can't remember. Liam is at least very mobile and would be better as s lone striker than Leon or Sagbo IMO. But did read Jackett saying in the week that Liam can also play on the left and gives us another option

We signed Sagbo on the 30th September so he's been here about a month

I would be delighted to see Liam walk into the side and be a sucess.........it's all there for him, and an ideal time but he has to take it for himself.....I really hope he does !

I think Liam is capable and be great if he could do enough to make himself our second choice striker at least. I think he is the kind of player that if we let him go would be a success somewhere else so I hope we stick with him. But as you say he has to take chances like this

He had a minor injury at Fleetwood so only started two games I think. But he scored in both of those

Absolutely DJ. However if they could just do a bit of it in the opposing half now and again that would be excellent.
