Must admit I though he played ok up until getting injured yet again. Barry stepped up to the plate and did well in defence.

We lacked idea's yesterday,we never looked like scoring.

Swansea have the leagues 3rd best defence, we were less troubled by them

There are far better teams than Swansea in the league,if we can't beat them at home I hate to see where we'll finished at the end of the season. Barkley shouldn't be played on the wing,he's wasted there.

the same Swansea team that won at old Trafford. at least we kept a clean sheet which was lacking at the start of the season. could be a vital point come end of the season.

The Utd Swansea played didn't have Royo,Falcao,Van Persie or Di María,and even with them players Utd were there for the taking for us. I don't criticise our team for the sake of it,I thought we were poor yesterday,and were found wanting. Will Martinez bury the hatchet with Distin,or will he be stubborn and use lesser players.

Still think he needs replacing pronto. Takes him a few games to get up to a decent level post injury and we all know how injury probe he is. To be fair I have never doubted him on the ball more his actual defending

Because we don't have anymore recognised centre half's. Hopefully distin will be back soon ( were ever he has gone)

Even with Distin fit he was my preferred choice

Just because a player is out of form doesn't mean that poor form will continue. Jags was awful for first month of the season,and now he's back to his best.

So Distin and his poor form kept Alcaraz out, glad Martinez saw past that in the end. No surprise results improved once Alcaraz came in

I agree with alass, suppose you could use the argument that alceraz helped jags ( which is a possibility but I think jags just played himself back into form).

We can't just be a one man defence then, surely not?
