Smith and Viduka were more than formidable. Bowyer was one of them annoying players who'd bag a goal or 3 from midfield. Kewell, did he not score for you?

And Bridges had some great technique didn't he?
Also Harte's freekicks were mint.

What happened to O'Leary, thought he'd have got another job pretty easily.

With a bit of hard work you can also have the great European nights we had years ago.

Its good that you aren't jealous of what MOST of your rivals have shared last few years with Chelsea, Man Utd & Liverpool all winning it since 2005.

Plus many more can talk you through the experience of attending the Final...and few can talk you through how it feels to win it?

In 2000-01 teams had to get past two group stages to get to the knockout rounds.

I enjoyed them very much. And its been longer than 10yrs

If you've been a City fan for a while, you'll know all about the rise and fall through the FL

Luckily for you lot, a rich Arab came and pulled you from mediocrity (we got Ken Bates )and now you get to try and reach the European heights of the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea, and the Leeds Team of 00/01...you could even say Arsenal as even they get past the group stages every year.

Now without the oil money, we'd probably be playing you this season...if you were as high as the championship!
