I've read comments on Twitter that said "If it was Hugo I'd have respected this"

I don't agree personally, but I would expect Adey to be in deep trouble,

We have awful fans, check out any response to Spurs Official Twitter, any tweet made by the players,

I posted this the other day and Thudd seemed to like it:

@LoveTheShirt The lads are in the ‘studio’ tonight - We’re doing a section on 1882; any questions on that are especially welcome.

Me: Whats worse, Paulinho's first or second touch?

Didn't I Thudd - remember when I posted this and how much you enjoyed it?

No not for me. I'm not saying whether I think booing is right or wrong, personally I'd just leave the ground early. However I feel that instead of moaning that "it'd be easier to play away" they just get their heads down and try even harder to prove the doubters wrong and turn the boo-boys around.

I don't agree at all that the message is right. The atmosphere isn't great but I think that is more down to the players than the fans. If the players put more effort in and the manager got the team to play more attractive football then the atmosphere would improve. It is up to the players to get us going not the other way round.
I sit in North upper and every game the fans around me are excited about the prospects of a good game but the way the team plays drags the spirit out of us. Still no one around me boos although they may sigh rather a lot as the game goes on.
For the best part of three years we have been watching boring slow football and still we turn up. This poor atmosphere stuff is just an excuse by modern day players for their poor performances.
So my message to Ade is try harder and the team to play fast attacking football and the atmosphere will improve.

Like I said yesterday I don't agree with the message regardless of who's the player saying it although I would love to know if all/the majority of the squad share his sentiments. Just need to knuckle down and work hard to win back favour with the fans..... Anyone remember the stick Owen Hargreaves used to get from England fans pre-world cup 2006? He didn't get down about it, just worked hard on the pitch and the negativity was no more.

I think that all clubs have awful fans on Twitter.

After every game now its one of Wenger out, Rodgers out, Poch out. Previously those people would have been consigned to forums so their views wouldn't be so easily identified by the media, who report fans are dissatisfied.

Generally it is the sensible fans you don't get to hear.

This is the sort of attitude I want to see from our players when the chips are down:
