TBK, Koit would be my guess.
Depends on my mood, sometime as foreign as possible but other time I do quite like anglicising foreign PL names, my favourite was always Terry Henry.

I remember the reverse of that as well. It was around '96 when all the prawn sandwich mob arrived. Barry (I do Ice Dancing & Dressage) Davies called England's centre forward Alain Shearrrarrr with rolled r's. What a goof
