Likely to vary a little based on the opposition we're facing, but generally, I'd like to see something like:

I haven't really seen enough of Walcott to judge him since his ACL injury.
Mobile defence; a reasonable amount of aerial presence (although I'd prefer a bit more at set-pieces); pace, width, and directness in the final third.
Wilshere and ramsey doesn't work together. Not at least while they both insist on going forward and trying flashy moves. Could maybe work if they really worked on a partnership and one remained disciplined.
Arteta has to be in there for me, with ramsey or wilshere next to him. Arteta may not have the legs as much these days, but at least he sticks to his job, and plays it simple, and doesn't make to many silly challenges like flamini. I think we control games better when arteta is playing. But we desperately need a better player in there. Arteta can stay as back up, or another option. Flamini isn't even good enough for the bench.
Seems like nobody really can agree! I would have Giroud there just because he links up really well with Theo and Ramsey and was crucial to their goalscoring runs and he started the season so well scoring a great goal in the shield and then changing the game against Everton!
I agree we control games much better with Mikel in there but when I see him or Flamini in the lineup against a top team I get filled with dread as the game passes them both by! Our defensive mid options are a joke! We have one that can pass but can't tackle and then we have another that can tackle but can't pass!! Mind you Flamini hasn't even been able to tackle this season! 😩
Like everybody except Wenger can see it is so obvious we are desperate for a mobile cb and a physical cdm that can actually pass the ball.
All our players (bar Alexis) are confidence players so it makes it difficult. All at their peak (-Diaby, lets be serious)? I'd go

For me the CAPS are hard to argue with. Reckon Jack could play holding role well if under strict orders, not that that would ever happen.
I would suggest Koscielny is pretty hard to argue with aswell!

If we had Chelsea's luck with injuries we would have a damn strong team that could challenge for all the top honours. Imo all we are desperate for is a powerful flamini replacement for those backs to the wall type games and we are good to go.
