We need a backroom overhaul like we did with the youth team.

The time for blaming the players is long gone, at least most of them are trying. Blame for this is now on Wenger and the board, and someone has got to go. Things simply cannot stay like this.

Consider this: the coaching is causing the problems. The buck stops with Wenger, but he's not coaching all the players directly with every drill they run. This wasn't a tactical failure as we dominated most of the game and made the chances to put it to bed. None of our players have the composure to score.

It's a coaching issue.

We can't blame the players. They always give their best, but they are just not good enough for this club. Get rid of the manager to sort out this mess. What does the board see in Wenger? I don't get it.

Gibbs went down after that OG. Difference in any PL game let alone a big one is that you've gotta take your chances. That Wilshere sitter was a turning point for Arsenal mentally.

That's what I'm saying. Worse, some of the players we've got that are playing garbage now looked genuinely good a few months/years ago or at their old clubs. Look at Cazorla, Ozil, Mertesacker - immense not that long ago, but tripe now. Something about our club breaks good players.

At least Giroud is back. Welbeck has been useless last 5 games or so.

Don't be churlish. We've had a decade of different teams in different guises. There have been times when the sides we put out lacked the ability but were incredibly well coached.

We are so predictable...Face it we are a midtable team now.
