Why didn't the Glazers go all out for Klopp?

He would have been a far better, long-term bet than van Gaal who is only a short-term fixer.

Not a chance.

AVB's burden was his failure to get players playing for him with his inflexibility and stubbornness. Everything you hear about Klopp depicts him as one of the most likeable and approachable managers in the game.

Again, you might be right, but managers that blossom in a close knit small club environment that make the step up can struggle. Seen it time and again.

There seems to be a growing clamour to ditch Brendon and replace him with Klopp.

Am I missing something here? Is this the same Klopp who has Dortmund languishing 3rd from bottom in the Bundesliga?

I would greatly appreciate if one of the many experts on here could explain why this makes Klopp such a great attraction.......
