Aye Hibs certainly got worse when Butcher took over but they were stinking before that too. Butcher was a disaster though.

For what it's worth I don't think you're out of it entirely - Hearts can still have a bad patch. I do think it will be extremely difficult for you to get the results yourself though to keep the pressure on with the current manager.
