Great show! The newer one.
Have you seen the remastered 70s version doing the rounds?
Its a bit too cheesy for my tastes. The reboot is masterful.

Couldn't get int that show as a kid, all I kept thinking was, it's Face from A-Team!
And obviously it's no Star Wars..
Can't wait for the trailer.
The new Star Trek films seems to have split fans but I personally thought they were brilliant.
Let's hope new life is breathed into Star Wars with The Force Awakens

Yeah, I like the Treks too. Think JJ was a good choice, and like you, am praying. Let's hope he smacks it out the park!
Tomorrow will be off the charts, it can't go wrong.
If I see the Falcon in flight, I'm gonna lose my stuff right there!
Does any one know what site and what time it's online?
I saw a story that said X number of cinemas IN AMERICA, but that was it

But Sir!! The odds of safely navigating the JA606 WUM field is 3720-1!!
i sense something, a presence i haven't felt since....
i'm gonna say about 3-5pm. around that time, the Trailer will hit!!
i could be wrong of course,...hell...you wanted to be around when i made a mistake, well this could be it!
I felt a great disturbance in the force, as if millions of nerds suddenly logged on in hope, and were suddenly silenced - when the internet crashed.
its quite easy to work out what the general storylines will be.
See Below. **SPOLIER ALERT**
The New Jedi Order, commonly abbreviated as the NJO, is a multi-author book series that was published by Del Rey between 1999 and 2003, consisting of nineteen novels, three eBook novellas, and three short stories. Twelve authors in total contributed to the series, which was a collaborative effort conceived by representatives of Del Rey, Lucasfilm Ltd., and Dark Horse Comics during meetings at Skywalker Ranch in 1997 and 1998. The NJO is a chronological storyline covering a four-year span of galactic history, beginning twenty-one years after the events of Return of the Jedi and telling the story of an invasion of the galaxy by a race of extra-galactic religious zealots.
Within the NJO's pages, the Yuuzhan Vong begin a massive invasion of the galaxy, and quickly gain ground despite efforts at repulsion made by the New Republic and Luke Skywalker's New Jedi Order. Skywalker, Han Solo, Leia Organa Solo, and a new generation of heroes battle the bloodthirsty fanatics as they overtake an unprepared Republic, killing untold numbers of innocents and devastating countless planets, even conquering the galactic capital of Coruscant. Eventually, a rebuilt galactic government, aided by the Jedi and the mysterious living planet Zonama Sekot, overthrow the Yuuzhan Vong and save the galaxy. Characters from the original Star Wars trilogy of films play large roles, as do established Expanded Universe characters and new additions to the galaxy far, far away, all working together to repel the invaders.

The Legacy era takes place between and after 37 ABY[1] and 138 ABY / 139 ABY. Major events happened in this era, such as Jacen Solo's fall to the dark side and transformation into Darth Caedus, as well as the Second Galactic Civil War. In the hole between the Fate of the Jedi book series and the Star Wars: Legacy comics, there are lots of unanswered questions: the downfall, redemption and return of the New Jedi Order, and the ultimate fates of characters such as Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa Solo, Han Solo, Ben Skywalker, Jaina Solo Fel, R2-D2, C-3PO, and others.
It depends on the timeline.
It's official!!
I've lost my mind right there!!
Sorry Stringer,
I hope its the 1st one, but guess it will be the 2nd.
the timeline of 30 years after ROTJ seems to fit better and you just know they want to make it about the light vs dark side again.
As big a fan as I am, I never went on to read the books or even play the games, so I don't know which direction it will go. But what's exciting is the endless possibilities.
After the hype of the prequels, I'm distancing myself, from knowing too much or wanting it to go a certain way.
Bit hard, with the people I work with. But hopefully we gonna get Movie Magic.
My boys started to get into Star wars a while ago and it made me feel like a kid again watching the films with them for the 1st time.
they have a lot of the clone wars cartoons as well, which seem very good.
They always had so many questions for me I decided to read the books, how was I to know there was 157 of them.
Lucky I found some dodgy sellor on ebay and I managed to get the whole set for my kindle for less than a tenner.
I have read about 20 of them so far but have only got as far as Episode 1.
No way I could read them all by the time the film comes out.
157!!.... Hope it's some good stuff. Yeah, a magical family moment is Star Wars! Some great memories.
New "Jedi" Order? Looks like I'm gonna have ta sue somebodys.
Is everything you mentioned canon, I'd heard that a lot isn't?
