Like I said a week ago, Cellino had other things to think about than tinkering with team.

are you happy with this Jonty?

Krusty, I believe Cellino is extremely deceitful and do not trust him in charge often club.

He said he would buy ER back, said club was debt free, none of it is true. He has a huge track record of financial misdemeanours and who is to say that in 3 years time we find out that we suddenly owe HMRC 10 mill?

I don't believe he's fit to run a football club, so am happy FL have had to the balls to uphold their regulations.

Does that leave the fish in charge?

i dont doubt hes dodgy ..... what happens now? no wages are going to get paid, no transfers in january club in turmoil stuck with a corrupt banking group who bleed us dry.

in all probility we will see Ken walking back through the door

i know which i prefer in all honesty

Krusty, Cellino is contractually obliged to cover all running costs, including wages.

Wages were not paid previously due to the WUP freezing out bank account, that is not the case now.

Jonty, you are a prize clown, there's no other way to describe you.

http://footballleagueworld.co.uk/football-league-releases-statement-regarding-leeds-united-owner-massimo-cellino/?

with the amount of money he's put in club and team, and you make a ludicrous statement that you don't trust him is absolute senile.

You don't follow Leeds United, you never have.

Cellino will appeal, as he has the case in Italy.

Let's wait and see shall we, you just might be surprised yet Jonty.

Very interesting reading.

I'm not a solicitor, but I believe, if he does, can sell the controlling interest to anyone he likes, the FL do not have the right or power to tell Cellino who he can and can't sell to.

I wonder if the release of Haighs letter to the FL has anything to do with this, it all seems very timely to me.

Krusty, is this like when he said we were debt free, only to find out that we weren't and he didn't have the agreement with GFH that he said he had?

Or the numerous times he said he had sold Cagliari and it turned out he hadn't?

Or perhaps all the times he told us he was buying ER back '100%'

Do you really believe him when he says these things?

And Krusty, he could put a 100 mill in, it doesn't change the fact they FL find that he fails the test.

no club is debt free .... If you believe that then your very naive! personally i think he may have been talking about more urgent debts.

he had meetings about ER more progress then the 10 years to get it back!

there are positives to the negatives Jonty ..... we had the best transfer window in years dont discount everything he does

GFH could be classed as criminals if Haighs letter to FL is true.

I believe most of what Cellino says, he's a businessman, all businessmen tell lies.

I always have a problem believing Jonty though.

what about Carson Yeung Jonty?? what about his test??

posted on 1/12/14

He'll drag the appeals, out till march then he'll still be in charge, maybe this is the reason why the january transfer embargo was mentioned? Would he not just put Cellino Jnr incharge anyway?

Krusty, Cellino was clear about being debt free. When it turned out that wasn't the case, the reporters themselves said that he had told them we were debt free and that they would now report on him differently.

What progress on ER had been made exactly? Cellino said he met landlord, that's about it. Bates had full proposal put before council.

I have never said there aren't some positives, i.e. kids prices, but I believe his desire to rn us like Cagliair and do everything his way with no advice from people experienced in British football has caused far more turmoil than necessary.

Was our transfer window that good? We brought in loads of players yes, but not much quality, under Bates, we brought in Becchio, Beckford, Snodgrass, Gradel, Kasper, Johnson....

Krusty, Yeung failed the test and was banned from holding a majority shareholding.

What is your point exactly?

Doukara,Silvestri,Adryan,Cooper all settling and gelling in Jonty Bates had about 16 windows.

Carson hasnt been forced to resign has he??

Bates begged the council for ER

Krusty, yes he was forced to resign and did. He's now a minority shareholder as per FL rules.

So what was your point on that?

Point re ER was that Cellino did not make any particular progress. Shouted his mouth off for moths about buying it, guests in our own house etc, told a number of different ways how he would buy it then went looking for loans he couldn't get and never delivered.

He got no further than anyone else.

Didn't Yeung hand over controlling interest to his family, that the FL said they don't have a problem with?

He resigned yet, he'll fight the FL.

Go Cellino.

posted on 1/12/14

my point is how is he allowed any where near birmingham as even a minority shareholder??

im more concerned about GFH breaking U.N sanctions then a tax on a yacht!! but which comes first?? oh yeah the yacht

its a joke

Krusty, I agree that the Yeung situation is a farce. He's a minority shareholder, abiding by FL rules, but who can really police how much influence he exerts?

It shows that the FL need to tighten up all of this.

If GFH have broken US sanctions, then they would be prosecuted. They haven't to date.

Don't get me wrong, I was against GFH since before they took over you could see their awful track record, but it's about the test criteria I'm afraid.
