St Mirren tried to get Ronaldinho but he never went so similar to Rodgers with Costa, Willian, Sanchez etc

When you look at who we signed, and when we signed them, there wasn't a murmer of challenge on this site. We all thought, 'yes, good signings, exciting times ahead'. OK, it hasn't worked out that way; players are taking far longer to bed in, especially Lovren. That having been said, I still rate our signings, they welcome good. Patience and support of our manager and team are sadly lacking here people: time to get behind the, both and offer our support.

I have never liked Rodgers and can't believe he was appointed in the first place. Big clubs don't gamble on guys that talk the talk the talk but can't walk the walk

I dont know about other liverpool games,but apart from the spurs game at the beginning of the season the team/squad has performed to varying levels of poorness.
I watched my first live liverpool game of the season today and predicted a 3-0 man utd win unfortunately.
We clearly do not have the quality up front to score many goals.Okay in todays game de gea made two good saves (sterling should have rounded the keeper) and balos shot palmed onto the crossbar,along with a man utd offside goal.
Balotelli was a gamble and it hasn't paid off and sturridge is injured.
However the defensive issues of last season remain.Irregardless of who plays in our defence if the individual players are not coached correctly then we will concede whoever is in defence.
Agreed we need a new keeper to challenge for first choice and sell borini and balo and bring in two new strikers.
So many of our players looked void of confidence.I believe that rodgers is making the same mistakes over and over again in relation to tactics.I dont believe the players brought in are poor its down to tactics and coaching.
Rodgers insistence not to employ a defensive coach will i think wear thin with his employers as we will continue to lose against man utd,chelsea,man city and probably arsenal.
Continued similar results i think will lead to his sacking in the near future and hopefully not another mourinho protege ie avb.

Being in the title race until the last match of the season > domestic cup in terms of difficulty
I have saids before it was all down to Suarez and the tempo he brought to the team or otherwise the manager would still be employing the sam e high pressing tactics. he isn't so why is this then...oh that's right he doesn't have Suarez to cover up for his ineptitude
