That was awful

That's being kind.
Don't worry Rams fans we've got this
perfect prediction from me
Igor mate, midfield worries me where was Omar in the second half?
Schtevie gave them the hairdryer after Boro, and had them in at 09:00 Sunday morning for extra training too: don't let the smiles fool you, he's not afraid of being The Boss.
Mascarell disappeared in the second half.
Disappointing View, to say the least
Jorvik i'm being sarcastic
Steve McClaren blames tiredness
Fair enough Wassa
Really!
Thing is Jorvik, we have been spoilt by the expansive football that Derby CAN play. All the old clichés about 'plan B' are true. When we are allowed to play, we are brilliant but why should Millwall, Norwich, Wigan et al let us play?
So, why can't we adapt? Is it because we miss Thorne? Is it because Bryson has gone off the boil? Is it because there is no consistency in the selection of Hughes? Poor defending with Keogh unable to forge a consistent partnership?......and so it goes on....
We have now slipped to 4th - Bournemouth already winning as are Brentford.....
Right Rams fans, time for a reality check?
Just come back from the pub and by a very long margin, the best bit was quaffing four pints of Guiness without distraction!
Derby were woefull, (particularly a being the were at home).
Best bits:
Martin did well to shield the ball for Johnnny to finish cooly and could be regarded as fortunate to get a penno (but the defender did lunge-in an Martin put the penno away well)!
Not having seen us "live" this season, either the oppo have caught us up,or the whole league is dross?
It was a terrible match to watch, there is no way of polishing a t urd.
It's up to Derby to enforce their game on the opposition especially at home.
All this faith is being put in Thorne but he'll be no where near match fit &it'd be foolish to throw him in straight into the starting line up or he'll be risking more injury.
I can see why McClaren's rotating midfield but he needs to settle the ship.
The defence is not good enough simple as that
Like I've been saying Rams fans, the honeymoon period is over. mr McClaren, needs to start earning his crust now. I keep being told he's the best coach in the league. Why play your full squad against Chelsea when you'd already told us they were the best team in the league, and we would be lucky to beat them. Why didn't you do what Bournmouth did and rest 6 of your players? It's not just the team who need to take a long hard look at themselves the coaching staff do as well cause that was garbage. My 11 year old grandson could do better at the back.
Brentford 3 up and Ipswich beating Boro. Derby currently a (deserved) 5th
here we go....bring back Nige, anyone?
I do concede, our problems seem self-evident, and fixing them simple, but what do I know? I don't see the defence as being woeful - just too often put under unnecessary pressure because as a team we don't press high enough. The glaring thing to me though was allowing their forwards to run across the face of goal with impunity, unchallenged, while they picked their moment to shoot.
Heb look on the bright side we can only get better
Very good points Wassa
There's no challenge for Forsyth's place, Shotton needs a steady experienced centre half with him, Buxton & Keogh haven't stepped up their game from last season. I like Christie though.
No Mo I don't want NC back but this has been coming & like Wassa says it's up to McClaren to sort it out
Bournemouth 0.2 up now at least they haven't bolted it
The glaring thong to me, Mojaca, was how, whenever a Ram managed to make a break, there were 5 or 6 yellow shirts ahead of it immediately.
Was going to chane " thong" but it might buck things up a bit
A glaring thong! Now that has brightened a Hebridean afternoon
