Would prefer arsenal to win.
Arsenal will win, IF they turn up
I don't really care much as it only affects us if we keep dropping silly points but an Arsenal win would be LAL day.
Neither team will catch United in the league this season. So the result between those teams only matters if you
a) would prefer Liverpool to lose
b) would prefer Arsenal to lose
In light of this, does a United fan really need to ask other United fans which team they would rather see lose?
Arsenal are only six points behind United, with a game in hand. You're putting it out like United are where Chelsea and City are, in terms of ability and position.
Arsenal Win,
We are never gona win the tittle this season. Our target should be getting top 4. LFC are still our main rivals for top 4 place. Arsenal win will get us little bit closer to achieving this seasons target. plus, its always good to see liverpool lose

Well they are both rivals so yes
Draw.... then they can only pick up two points between them and not three. Getting awful packed around third and fourth spot! Damn, all that possession and only one goal....think the strikers have really gone on strike!!!

Ok, so which team would you rather see lose?

Dont really mind, just asking though
Given neither team are posing that much of a thread, and given United's rivalry with Liverpool, your response surprises me.
For the record, I am asking a "leading question". You're doing well in avoiding it. Kudos. All too obvious though (on my part I suppose)!
To be honest its crazy we are 3rd considering how many points we dropped in irst 10 games. If someone said we would draw against villa after losing to city 7 games ago and still be 3rd everybody would laugh
I think if we keep winning those 6 pointer games against our rivals we should meet the target of getting 3rd.

Is that United's target? That is finishing 3rd?
Any self respecting United fan will always want liverpool to lose just as I always want united to lose.
This fixture - and the reverse one - is responsible for the funniest comments on their respective boards.
AFC fans are the most ignorant and arrogant in the world. LFC fans are more knowledgable, but they are also brilliant at coming up with the most creative excuses.
LFC should batter a very poor AFC team, but be prepared for much more hilarity whichever way it goes.
To be honest that Skrtel equalise was more then deserved, Arsenal played like a pub side even with numerical advantage at the end. What I don't get is 9 added minutes in todays game but man utd game yesterday the ball was in play for about 37 of the 45 mins and yet only 3 mins. Add the fact the ref whistled soon after it went 3 mins yet there was a minute stoppage in stoppage time to. Refs are corrupt adding time me thinks.
