I appreciate it will be a process taking at least one season to implement properly, but we definitely should be seeing signs in team selection starting right now.

One of the most dissappointing things about last year is that not only did we play poorly and win naff all - but we didn't see enough of our youngsters.
I think we could have all accepted a trophyless season, if we had integrated the likes of Josh, PVA, Sturridge etc more into the team.
It wasn't as if the established players were playing so well they could not be benched!!
Josh in particular needs to be given game time - Lamps has run out of legs and ideas.
And from what i've seen he could be the play maker we so desparately need

I agree. We have some of the best youth in Engkand I'd not the best and it's time we started seeing how they do. McEachran, Bertrand and Kakuta could all be no worse than Lampard, Cole and Malouda have been so far.
