we need quicker younger centre backs. Not for now but for next season we need more competition for JT and Cahill and resting opportunity....

Also better CM back ups for Matic and Fabregas. I like Ramires more than most but he has been poor since Jose came and Mikel is shudderingly average.

What worries me more is our lack or late goals, it was the 74th minute and I honestly couldn't even see us scoring, Same against Sunderland and Newcastle. We just don't do late goals to win/equalise in games.

I think we need a proper back-up striker that can challenge Costa. Don't think the two we have at the moment can do that - someone like Benteke or Bony would be great.

Definitely another RW/LW, doesn't matter if they're old, but someone that will lighten the load on Hazard having to be the one to always perform as our winger.

Finally a CM - someone that can provide a better defensive protection as well as good passing distributions when we decide to play Fabregas in the no.10 role. Mikel for me is not up to that task. I don't rate Ramires as a good passer of the ball. We have some good youth coming through in this area though.

Other areas could be LB and CB.

I think we can always improve and there are definitely some weaknesses in our squad, however yes, I agree, we have been fantastic so far and should be over the moon with this first half of the season.

We don't need major improvement, even in the summer, just 2-3 ins and outs either way, then maybe 2 or 3 loanees back in the squad

Jose hates Remi anyway.

CBs will need fresh blood in next 2-3 years. Not immediate though.

Next 6-12 months could do with better CM back up and a quality Right Winger.

I'd take Bony over Remy or 36 yr old Drogba.

I dont rate Benteke that much though. One season wonder.

These are average players. Let's do better.

Bony is better than average.

Bony is made to look better than he is by baller Nathan Dyer.

Benteke > Bony

I'd take Benteke at an instance. Really good player. Bony is not bad either, but with Benteke we get a great aerial presence as well.

Balls Kevin. They are a step down. Forget them. If we buy a striker lets find a good one who hasn't been trundling around the prem for 3 years.

Real would entertain such mediocrity
