I don't know enough about who's available to name names but would like to see a commanding defender and another striker coming in. Wouldn't we all?
As to who's going, I'd like to see the following leave: Stead, Gobern, Ward, probably Paterson and some of the fringe players.
That's all I can think of at the moment.
Too busy watching John Wayne in The Searchers to fully focus on Townπ
...I like these old films, have watched a few during the darker moments of my manflu' ...heating on, sat on the sofa...glass of whisky...
perfick !
I love cowboy films especially those with John Wayne.
Get off ya horse and drink yer milk
Loved it when he had the reins in his teeth and a gun in each hand in True Grit.
Anyway back on topic, apparently there's a rumour we're bringing in Jonnie Jackson from Charlton.
James hanson doin the rounds again..think that wud mean long ball stuff though with that kinda playa......also rumours about matt smith and that revell fella at rothrum too....again long ball stuff with either
Personally i wud try and get beckford on loan to play with the fit again james vaughan again....he liked it at town and if the shoe fits...wear it!
Dont really fancy any big donkey kinda player tbh...we have stead and had alan alan and they dont really work at this level
Someone with pace and knows where the net is for me
Hopefully deano will give powell..a fist full of dollars...then a few dollars more...boom boom ,
Regarding jackson it wud be a no from me
He,s a central midfielder and we have umpteen of them......butters hogg n coady dun nowt wrong to warrant him coming in....sort the front line out and defence and we are a half decent team
big striker and big centre back...big, fast and mean....
that'll do it
Agreed with all, Hanson with Wells again? Who knows? L**ds losing!
Holt out for 9 months! Sorry Wigan.......
oh dear...what did we do to him ?
Holt heard Leeds were interested so he shot himself in both knees
leeds looked dire against derby last night...was a damage limitation job....they could easily go down this season
Let's hope we can help them on their way.... One month today!
Chia Hughton is the new Brighton manager. I think they'll now start to move up the table.
I sometimes take a look on the city board and they attribute their upturn in form to john stead..works hard and brings others into the game
Most would prefer stead to hanson as they think he,s better than hanson and he gets injured quite a lot!
Stead is a complete donkey at our level so it doesnt enthuse me the thought of signing hanson...league 1 players!!
Could be the opposite waltz. Hanson could thrive in the championship. More time on the ball. Better players around him. Not as physical. You never know.
Will sort the Reading thread on Friday morning

Why can't teams appoint English/British managers..... I would have given Chris Hughton a chance.............not is unknown Chilean cousin.........
His .........................
How did Chris become Chia? Can't even blame predictive text either.
