What Pulis has done though is to pizz on your bonfire though....eh?
Every struggling club in the Prem and some in the Champ, including Wolves, wanted Pulis to come riding over the hill......
Can honestly say I never wanted him heis. I like the man but have never cared much for his style of football.
I genuinely hope he works out for you. Like ourselves, you have had enough lemons in charge and need a steady hand on the tiller. Just can't see how he will slot in at Albion myself but time will tell.
I dislike Pulis a lot but this is football.
However, at this moment in time, he is probably our best option.
Good luck to both him and Albion. He's always been a decent Premiership manager and did wonders at Palace. No reason why he cannot do the same in his latest appointment.
He hasn't always been a Premiership manager. He was at a few lower league clubs such as Gillingham.
That fact the Pulis has brought in for his usual rescue act should tell Albion fans that's where Peace see's you. Which in turn, tells you that since Hodgson you have gone backwards (which most Albion fans have denied).
Pulis has strength of character to deal with most situations and in that I include premier league survival.
The warning I would give is that he has become very egotistical since building this reputation as a master of survival. His fallout with Palace is because he believes his own hype and in the last few seasons he has come very contancerus. He is more likely to fallout with chairman these days, Palace being an example.
He didn't discuss terms with you... He got his agent and a lawyer to do it. Just remember that...
Cheers for the "warning" Pundit. Has probably even less currency than any Albion fan football advice offered to Wolves.
Pulis is as good a manager as we could get barring possibly Allardyce. A manager who has proven time and again in this league he can manage on limited funds. Eat your heart out.
Why do you have limited funds after 6 years in the premier league?

You mean rugby.
Limited funds is a comparative term Pundit. Compared to the big boys we have limited funds.
Compared to Wolves we are as rich as Croesus.

Sums it up
I look forward to the fall-out.
PS: If it falls through after January (bound to, actually) he will walk away with a fortune in compensation. This is what the lawyer would have been concentrating on - as well as his agent.
Peace will quite likely have to give him £30m on the coach home from West Ham to do with what he so wishes.
And all to stay up

Were not going down the 'shock! Jeremy Peace steals from premier league club' route again, are we?
Explain to me how JP is getting richer by running a football club when the likes of Morgan aren't. Is JP fiddling the books, should we inform the authorities?
Unlike your fellow fans like alouiom who a love to spout albions vast wealth i have a little knowledge of business, business accounts and profit and loss accounts.
As your pals cannot grasp the difference between gross income and net profit it amuses me to expose their stupidity.
Exactly as I said we should back in August, Albion have got rid of Alan Irvine and appointed last season's Premier League manager of the Season, Tony Pulis.
And now I'm loving the warnings and advice given by Bute and Pundit.
Who was it who plummeted down the leagues, had gates not of 10,000 but of 3,000 and went bust TWICE?
Whose chairman was it that had to apologise for making the wrong managerial appointments and suffered their second and record-breaking consecutive-seasons double drop?
Whose chairman is it that has steered his club to six consecutive seasons of PL football, while the poor neighbours down the road have licked the scraps of the Divisions 2 and 3 bowls and are now desperately struggling to get back to the PL before the parachute money runs out.
Thanks, lads. We'll remember it was Pulis's lawyer and agent who talked to JP first.
Who was it that Terry Connor, Stale Solbakken and Dean Saunders talked to? It wasn't Steve Morgan was it?
Keep the warnings and advice coming!
Ooh - I got a warning from Arsie. What have I said now to upset him/her? Do I need to look back? Someone's clearly touched a nerve.

Au contraire Wolfgang. I don't give a tinkers cuss about our wealth. I was answering Pundit's observation about "limited resources".
I get the feeling our wealth bothers you a lot more than I.
Bute, I wasn't implying he's always been a Premiership manager. Have you got the Wolfgang bug? I merely stated that he's always been a decent Premiership manager and by that I mean, he's never been relegated.
Aries22, good luck to you lot.
Those 'resources' are going to dwindle very quickly under Pulis. Once Peace sees the error of his ways, he will get shot in the summer.
Bolton.
Thanks, Wolfie.
Bute, I see you revert to your old name-calling when you get rattled, and you can't even read a post properly - it's you and Pundit giving out the warnings and advice, not me! Good luck with getting back to the Premier League you so desperately long for!
I hope they do get back to the Premier Aries. No better game for all Black Country football fans.
Still remember the last 6 goal thriller like it was yesterday.
Funnily enough, I think Wolves fans have been trying to forget that one, Alouion.
