mancitizens,just over 1 million turned out in manchester in1999 when united returned with the treble. this beats any previous or future parade that city will stage.

the game was in september 2008,third round,we did go onto win it that season though. a quick google however shows that tottenham won the previous years league cup,beating chelsea 2-1 in the final with jonathan woodgate!? scoring the winner.
