because they are obsessed
that is all.......
Arsenal won their cup final last night. They need somewhere to spout their drivel. Have you seen the state of their board
Come on go easy on the Chavs. They have already spent more money than any other English club on duffers like Torres, Sheva and Veron. But as we all know they haven't spent enough as they still haven't won the European cup.
Because we're Champions League teams and have CL income to supplement our spending
You're not even good enough for Europa League yet you've spent £100 million on the pick of the bunch from relegation battlers to try and buy 4th place
Simples, to quote the meerkat
They even put our players names in their titles

because you you spent so much time and effort criticising us, city and united about spending. Now you're gna get it back ten times worse
Utd fans have a bit more style than the southern shandy drinking queens
It only seems to be the London clubs that are obssessed with us. The Utd fans post constructive comments at times sonmething the southern loons will never grasp
Mr Chelsea
They criticise us for buying the title. We criticise them for trying to buy 4th place
£37m spent so far from the owners hardly compares to the way chelsea perform in the transfer market
I'd be more worried if they didnt give us stick to be honest.
Chelsea spent £70m in January and still won Zilch last season
Because we're Champions League teams and have CL income to supplement our spending

that is such a myth. if thats the case why dont all champions league teams spend the sort of money chelsea does?

Since our new owners have come in Chelsea have bought Torres (£50m), Luiz (£20m), Lukaku (£20m), Mata (£25m), Courtois (£6m) and Romeu (£4m).
That is £125m in two transfer windows, and you have recouped about £15m from the likes of Zhirkov and Mancienne.
So you have about a £110m net spent over two transfer window, while ours is near £40m.
Thats a huge difference.
THE-NEW-LIVERPOOL-BRAND
They paid all that money to come 2nd
They won't even get 2nd this year as City will finish above them as well. Poor old Roman must be pulling hos hair out.
i don't think anybody is having a go at the money liverpool have spent but you would have to question the quality of the players they have bought. chelsea have bought mata (CL experience, international caps) they could end up buying modric (PL experience, international caps), city have bought aguero and nasri (both players we know are good), while liverpool have spent huge money on some players that the jury is still out on (henderson, carroll)
Irish Rover
I can see your point but were not in the position to offer CL footy so we wouldnt have been able to get the likes of Mata and Modric. Were in a similiar position to where Chelsea were and where Man City were when they were both taken over.
Weve had to buy players who can hopefully get us into the top four. Some will work out, some wont. Not every single buy turns into a success.
Dont see how anyone can have a go at liverpool for spending its what your club has needed for a while, not saying its right but its what football has become, spend big or get left behind.
Henderson is 21 and Carroll is 22, and have been bought for their potential like the Lampard's, Walcott's, Jones's and Ferdiand's.
Lets not forget that Chelsea paid £10m for Frank Lampard 10 years ago, and in todays market that money would be well over £20m.
It actually took Lampard in the region of 2-3 years to become a 20 goals a season midfielder. Liverpool's aim is to get back into the Champions League and then aim for the title. That will take 2-3 years, and Carroll's and Henderson's age suit that.
its not unfair targetting, Chelsea & City are 2 of the est teams in the prem & people expect you to step up to that level now also after spending lots of money! no more excuses.........
Because we're Champions League teams and have CL income to supplement our spending
===============
Is that why your club yet again posted annual losses of over £40m??
Arsenal have proved over the years that spoending no money wins you jack all.
When we get back in the Champions league we can then attract world class players to our club again.
mind you Suarez on current for has got to bo in the top 3 players in the world and he came to us.
oh and i did say CURRENT FORM
