Unfortunately for Wenger, he has in mainy ways ruined his legacy by continuing after the FA cup.

Honestly that would have been the perfect send of for him but the fans have just had enough this season.

He's ruining himself by staying he should have bought who we needed or if not move on and instead he didn't replace players and he signed a new deal.

But the stadium, the shoe string budget, the owners, not seeing it, the rubbish players!!!!!

BUT he makes money (lots of it) for the shareholders so they don't care .You can probably write what Kroenke knows about Arsenal FC on a flee's 4skin.

The rot set in at Arsenal during the stadium move. If you're a top manager of a top club you should not be settling for 2nd, 3rd, 4th best for two seasons in a row let alone 9. Wenger and co got comfortable with mediocrity and this season has shown that your manager is incapable of making a push where it really matters.

Hope for his sake he steps down at the end of the season but your club have got some serious work to do to get competing again. Although it might sound impossible now, if Wenger goes it could well get worse before it gets better.

I think that most fans accept that it may get worse before it gets better when Wenger leaves but at least there will be hope that it will get better. The situation at present is totally hopeless.

We did have a a tight budget after we moved to the stadium, and wenger to be fair to him did do well in the time. We could have been easily finishing 6/7th every season in that time. I think we will be thankful for that in the long term.

But that excuse has gone now, and he hasn't pushed on. We had a reason then not to properly address certain areas, because we didn't have the funds to buy the much needed experienced players, we had to develop them instead.

but now There really is no excuse why he persisted in not addressing the problem that any idiot can see is wrong with the team. It doesn't even require that much work, just a few purchase of the right players in the right positions. I really have no idea why he doesn't do this, and is so ridiculously stubborn! Instead he prefers to watch us make the exact same mistakes, and lose in the exact same way season after season!!

I have stood by Wenger throughout our lean period, but it is this season where I have really seen that he just doesn't have what it takes. I really wanted him to finish Arsenal as a project, but I don't even know what that project is anymore. It would be best for Arsenal if we look into finding a replacement for the summer.

Yeah, not addressing your weaknesses was pretty unforgivable. It's almost as if Wenger didn't just want to win but he wanted to win "his" way. Delusions of self-grandeur perhaps?

"His too stubborn to step down we'll have to drag him kicking and screaming before he leaves.

I also don't think we will do much worse with out him. I think because people look at utd and think things will get worse but at utd they changed not only the manager but also the chairman and the whole back room staff!!"

Problem is that if Arsenal become a public car-crash, which events at the train station in Stoke and today threaten to make happen, will any top manager want to come in? Let's face it managers stick together and especially when you have someone as respected and, in some places, revered as Wenger it could end up looking bad for you guys.

It also seems as if everything in your club revolves around Wenger. Him stepping away will leave a massive breach to be filled. Could take time.
