I didn't want to mention Teebo as I was worried about the criticism I would get.

Clearly hes a great keeper, but I feel hes struggling like De Gea when he first came but in a different way.

Teebo seems quite erratic and my biggest concern is that he frequently concedes goals whenever a shot is taken at him. None of Spurs goals yesterday were unsavable and he should've done better. World Class keepers make World Class saves.

I agree Courtios is going to be great keeper but he hasn't the experience Petr has and we should not forget this in a hurry as some would.

Trying to blame Courtois is a bit far. Poor defence led to the shots ongoal and Spurs were clinical, what did you want him to do for the 2nd goal for example. He is not superhuman and randomly save every single goalbound shot and certainly not at fault for 5 goals conceded. TBH he was poorer for the goal we conceded against Southampton.

OK well bring back Cech then. Courtois can have no real complaints about getting dropped for a couple of games after yesterday.

Bk, i agree blaming the goal keeper is a bit strong, I'm not doing that.

But shipping 5 is shipping 5, give the lad break over 2/3 games let Petr get a run, and let the lad realise he still has some learning to do and get him back sharp for all the serious stuff coming up .

Cech conceded 5 goals last time we beat Ch3l5ea, Andre Santos beat him with a back pass

My view is we have an abundance of goal keeping talent at CFc lets not be afraid to use it to our benefit .

My long term opinion is Courtois is good enough to be our no 1.

Since when was Brana the best RB in the league? Zabaletta is mikes ahead of him. His runs are usually key to City unlocking teams who defence deep.

Courtois will be our number 1 keeper for many years to come but when you can also pick Petr Cech for a couple of games then why not.
