Tbf, we shipped 5 , he was in goal.
I agree mate 5 stars, I found it disgusting that the kid couldn't save any shots yesterday, spurs scored anytime they came forward

Your midfield and defence were walked through, time and again. Drop all of them too?

Cahill has become a liability
Robbin, our midfield had a part to play of course, but we are not an amature side who can ship 5 goals and put it down to experience .
We need to come back with a serious reaction dropping the lad for 2/3 games and putting Cech in place would not hurt.
We are fortunate to be in this position.
I disagree with dropping your keeper. I think the main point is the fact that you have barely rotated your team the whole season - three of your new signings are used to a winter break and 3 games in like 11 days is going to take it's toll.
Cahill has become a liability, oh no lets sell him then
cAp, we all know your low life agenda of UtTer WuMMmERy,
Cahill should be dropped for A few games as well
Cahill should be dropped ? as well.
Cover for Courtois we have like for like.
Cover for Cahill, more than likely would benefit the player, but we are short in defence, id give Zouma a run in the easier fixtures 2 games.
Cahill seems to be taking all the flak, but I thought Ivanovic was equally as bad if not worse. I wonder whether dropping Dave in as RB, starting Luis LB and moving Ivan to Cahills slot might be a better option.
Luis offers more going forward but it would mean Matic needs be solid.
I agree Cahill has been off the boil lately, Look at the the spurs game at home he gifted Kane another chance in that game, Ivanovic was terrible yes but he has been consistently bad recently.
Don't see how anyone can attach any blame to Cortoius for yesterdays calamity when virtually the whole team bar a few exceptions failed to turn up!
Brummie
Blaming the keeper is lazy. He can do everything right but on the day, be beaten by 5 very good goals. It happens. Similarly, keepers can have a shocker and keep a clean sheet.
Every man and his dog could see that our keeper was rubbish last night
Personally I don't mind who's in goal as we are in the enviable position of having two of the worlds best goalkeepers on our books.
But to call for one's head on yesterdays abject team display is ludicrous!
Brummie its not calling for his head, its more than likely , now you know your not invincible , take a step back resharpen and learn from the whole experience .
Although he wasn't at fault for any of the goals, his reactions looked very sluggishand looked like conceding every time Spurs shot. Maybe it was just one of those games but perhaps he could benefit from a rest?
Maurice <OK>
I couldn't have squid it better„let him rest a bit
