He is back on an ad hoc basis.

That's what I said, an ad hoc basis.

I never thought that much of him at Goodison. Not sure what he offered on matchdays, maybe he is a good coach in training?

Glad he's back at Derby, regarded as a top defensive coach apparently. Just what Everton could do with now actually.

Top defensive coach might just be the ticket for us

Steve Round, pfft! I can't stand the guy. Absolute muppet with the UTD lads. Methods were poor.
Going back to familiar territory might help...

My Dad used to work with Steve's Dad, they're mates..I'll try and get some info out of him when I'm over. I always thought Steve was a good coach.

He was on SSNHQHD's Morning View the other week, where he stated that he wanted a crack at being manager.
From what McClaren said on RD he's just helping out at the moment

Sounds like McClaren's giving Round a break in the same way Redknapp did for him at QPR.

has he got the coaching badges to let him become manager ? if he has it sounds like it could be mcs wy of saying"i am of to newcasle, here is my replacement he is good"that way simpson and steel would follow and derby wont need to look for a replacement

Do I not like the sound of that.

If we have to get a new manager in the future I would like one with a nice smile, like that nice boy from the sea side.

I hope Everton start winning
