We've found that 4-2-3-1 seems to be doing the trick in the championship. Two pacey DM''s who obviously can tackle do the trick! Pace for the wide men clearly essential too.

Not sure if you can anymore, the last one I had was probably fm10, but i'd also remove Ken Bates from Leeds, give him to someone more deserving and get a few chairman from the worlds top clubs.

Keep disagreeing with my assistant manager's advice though, think he's meant to be Darko's assistant. Also giving the team to many instructions and possibly confusing them. Yeah huge fm fan here. I've had two Leeds saves 1 in beta played 32212 got promoted via play offs but team went ready for prem. Then once full game came out I have my current save. In season 3. Won champ. Then 2nd season came 6th and won fa cup. Sitting at 8th in Jan season 3. Playing a 41221. With Leeds it's all about getting the most out of youth players. Mowatt cook and vann byram and Charlie Taylor. Buy a new gk. I got fulop season 1 retrain white as a winger. He was amazing in champ for me. And be very screwed about money you spend. My fav save in a good few years of fm.
