McEachran and Kakuta vs. a newly promoted sign is hardly throwing as many yuongsters as possible in the deep end! They can't perform worse than Lampard and Kakuta. We can't not play youngsters just because they are young. We also won't play that, we'll definately start with 4-3-3

There was an element of tongue in cheek there, yeah against Norwich wouldn't be the end of the world, just frustrated with people who cry 'youth' constantly for no reason other than the fact they're young.

I dunno, convinced at some point AVB will attempt a run of games pairing Torres and Drogba together. May be a bit early in the season for it but you never know

You can't compare us to United atm ..... Jones, Smalling, Cleverley and Welbeck all had at least a season's worth of first team experience in the PL before Utd have shown enough faith in them.

LOL, my original comment was meant to be taken with a pinch of salt. I've said previously we should've taken the risk and played him a hell of a lot more last year cos we badly needed the added creativity.

Yes, it wouldn't be the end of the world to give him a start against Norwich, that wasn't my issue. But the growing bandwagon of people trying to convince themselves he's got more to offer us than Lampard at this stage of his development is beyond ridiclous.
