He's getting games at City, isn't he? No reason for him to leave.
He'll probably be offered to us plus cash in a bid for Barkley in the Summer, especially if the manager and team don't buck their ideas up and start climbing up the league
Barkley is a local lad, he will make the glorious trip across the park to play in red and Arouna will get his dream with Borini going the other way.
It's a win win, except for Everton who just don't win
i'd bite ya hand off for him at spurs...and a year/18 months ago someone may have got him.but as above rightly says...he's back to being a key player.
More importantly for City, he's actually started scoring
Can't see him wanting to play in the Championship.

Agree with that. Very underrated player in my opinion, people always forget how good he was in central midfield for Villa before his big money move to City. I think he's become a victim of his own versatility in some ways.
He is a key player for City and has had a good season so far, but he is a free agent in the summer. City have mentioned a new deal but nothing ever happened. Maybe he is stalling and wants to be a main man again like he was at Villa. I dont think he will ever be a gauranteed starter for City so that could be the problem.
I'm amused by the current love-in for Milner - Until recently he was only appreciated by City fans, now he's the new Messiah.
Love in?
I think you will find most......some.....well maybe just me on the Everton board know a bit about football and can spot a player. So I have always rated him from his early days at Leeds through to City. Like Barry, he is a footballers player. I bet he is one of the most appreciated players at City amongst his teammates.
Like Barry his experience and versatility would be great for us, but unlikely to happen.
Good points but unlike Barry, he's not past his best yet.

But neither is Barry. However hos is out of contract I understand in the summer and no deal yet signed??
Barry is still a good player and still held in high regard by City fans but Milner is at his peak at themoment.

I agree Gaz - Baz is still loved by my City supporting work colleague. Makes you wonder why of at his peak, City have allowed his contract to run down and take the risk of losing him, he is free to talk to overseas clubs right now.
No thanks! Just another sideways passer of the ball. Must have studied under Butch (The Crab) Wilkins.
The Love-In will stop soon.
He would be a great addition..
