I'd be amazed if we sold Lambert. wed get begger all for him, and he wouldn't want to leave. I think he'll retire with us.
A class act. But he's never quite got it together for City.
I would still take Berahino out of the two for a few million more. More potential.
Good player, but injury prone. Also, I've always thought he's more of a second striker, which we don't really need.

injury prone

That's how we like our strikers apparently.
Said this a week or so ago, I'd be confident we could get him if we made a respectable offer. We won't get better, he is quality. £25m bid should do the trick.
Always injured, no point.
How have people not realised this?
He makes Sturridge look like Lampard.
We already have one injury prone ticking time bomb so why go for two?
We'd rather get Delph instead...
Last summer it was Southampton and now it seems Aston Villa with Delph, Benteke and previously Vlaar all linked.
Unless Pellegrini does not rate him I dont thing this story is true. City are trying to sign Bony as his replacement or what? Who would you rather have in your team? Bony or Jovetic?
I'd rather have berahino given the transfer values.. As would fsg jovetic won't have resale value, berahino has better potential
He was pretty good against us yesterday. Made the wrong decision at times but looked dangerous. He doesn't have drink/drive issues like the lad at WBA
Why does Jovetić have no resale value - he's 25 not 35.
Really don't want Berahino. I remember when Carroll was spoken about in the same manner as the next big English thing and I just can't see him cutting it at a big club for another 2 or 3 years.
I wonder if a cheeky bid for Andy Carroll might be in order? Great to see him looking a bit more like the player he was at Newcastle.
35m would suffice I think
Jovetic would suit Liverpool (of last season, anyway) down to a tee, imo.
Injuries always a worry, though.

Irony lost on you fella? <laugh?
He hasn't been given more of a chance because he's spent more time injured than he has available.
From what I can tell so far though, he looks like he will make a good number 10, link up play is decent enough, and he's a busy player, but he can't lead the frontline on his own - end product isn't there.
