We need to ackn that Coq has been better than Arteta and Flamini

Better than Flamini, not sure if he's better than Arteta. We need to see more of him.

I had an idea a couple of years ago to improve reffing. A simple poll where fans vote to rate the ref and take the average. If it was out of 10 I would expect good performances to get 7 or 8 from both sets of fans and biased performances would get 0 from one set bringing the average down. Then a simple league.

Yep.
Think about it. Good refs get an average of 7 or 8 probably. Bad refs get 0 from one set of fans and 10 from the other - average of 5 so they lose points

How has Giroud played?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's been OK, a bit quiet but done well at winding up their centrebacks and giving a bit of physical presence.
Can Arnautovic still get banned or not because the ref saw it?
At the end of the season, all managers should be asked to name their best and worst refs.
The ones with the most good votes get a bonus, the worst ones get fired.
Bet giroud will end up getting sent off for a tiny flick in Shawcross' face.

To finish them off completely we need the 3 goal

Fans rarely acknowledge when refs get things right. A ref could be solid all game and then give one slightly dodgy free kick and get given like a 3
I'd give the ref a 10 out of 10 if he missed one of our players breaking Shawcross' legs

How will this improve refs?
There should be independent panel rating Refs on their performance and the best refs to be awarded trophy in the end..The poor ones to be relegated to Championship..similar to football team promotion and relegation.
Coq passing is so average for a team like Arsenal. Definitely need a better DM, though as a back up I suppose he is OK but no way is he good enough to start.
Alexis however yet again involved in Arsenal goals, another assist and a goal. Signing of the season by far.
With refs being voted on from fans from all teams as they ref different games and teams it would even out the dodgy voting to an extent.

That independent panel to include ex-refs, players and fans.
Although its a little unfair to dump our worst refs on the championship
Ref gives a penalty, half the fans give him 10 the other give him zero regardless of the rest of his performance and whether the decision was correct.
So a ref getting every decision correct could end up with 5/10, whereas a ref who makes a load of mistakes in favour of Man Utd would end up with 7 or 8.

Fans would register and only be allowed 1 vote. Then take the average from the 2 sets of fans votes.
