I don't really have a problem with a player's off field actions if they are legal, and they don't let it affect their football. A player's personal life is just that, just as any of our personal lives are our own.

Trashy media, like those mentioned, sensationalise things just to draw in people like you who lap it up. They embelish, stretch the truth, and often make up anything, just to get the viewers and readers in, filling their coffers nicely.
