All we need is a Central Defender. Coming soon...
Yes we might be winning some games but the issues with the squad should have been solved in the summer window at the latest.
Instead, we are left playing a guessing game of 'will he, won't he' as regards whether the same issues will be resolved in January, if at all.
How this amounts to 'running out of ammo' I can never profess to know.
a few good game and deluded akb's think everything is fine
Oh ffs. Is there any other team out there with such divided fans base? Feckin pathetic and embarrassing.
How many articles did you write when Arsenal were losing calling all the WOBs out for caring more about them losing so they can have a moan than wanting Arsenal to win, and now Arsenal have played very well against City and won, all you care about is lording it over rather than cheering it as fan
I'm just observing at this point. It appears Arsenal flogging City on their turf has made the WOB sore vexed. What to do now?
God, shut up. We're 5th in the table you muppet and 13 points off the leaders, and our manager is once again letting a transfer window pass him by allowing issues to continue. One win against City doesn't change much, Chelsea are 5 points clear at the top but guess what? They're still making moves to improve their squad.
It's a bit of a joke how content some people are to see us sit on a shed load of money whilst we continuously compete for the "4th place trophy". Are you not bored of this record?
Something has made Wenger address our tactical issues. Obviously not JA 606 but maybe some of the negative feedback from the fans mixed with some comments from TV pundits, press, players, support staff etc has made him change what he was doing.
So YES there is an improvement but there are still issues which need addressing eg DMF, CB and world class keeper. And our on-going injury issues.
Rapture is coming have faith in Arsene and you get saved
We won One freaking game against a decent team and its Wengers amazing again. Ffs.
Lets see if we sign a CB and actual DM not some youth player.
Also seen way too many false dawns (Bayern and Dortmund away). So I'm not getting excited just yet.
I'm just wondering what could have happened had we lost to City. Armageddon!
Too pathetic for words this. I despair, I really do.
If Wenger continues to make sound tactical decisions like he did against City, and addresses the glaring squad imbalances via the transfer market, then WOBs will indeed run out of ammunition. Which is a good thing because we all want him and Arsenal to succeed. Unfortunately history suggests this probably won't happen, which is why many of us are still keen for a change of manager. If you hadn't noticed we are still in an awful position in the league, the City game has changed very little.
If Wenger continues to make sound tactical decisions like he did against City...

"Tactical"
You guys are hillarious!
I wish I could understand what point you were trying to make
we are fighting for 4th again. Yes beating city was a great result and Wenger has been applauded for it but let's not get carried away with things.
People throw around the word "tactical" as if Wenger has no clue what he's doing. I mean, how do you go unbeaten for a whole season and be tactically naive? How do you stay in top four with dross players and be tactically naive? How do you get to the CL final and be tactically naive? How do you stay in the PL for over 16 season and be tactically naive?
"we are fighting for 4th again. Yes beating city was a great result and Wenger has been applauded for it but let's not get carried away with things."
No sir! At this point, even 2nd isn't sure for City, but 3rd is our minimum target.
Nothing has changed, I still want Wenger replaced. We judge him over a period of years and not after beating City. We are clearly not the same club of 10 years ago. Nothing will change my view on Wenger whatever we win this season.
How do you get to the CL final and be tactically naive?
Because he accidentally broke the CL clean sheet run record. The rapture is coming.
"how do you go unbeaten for a whole season and be tactically naive?"

By having better players than those challenging you.
"How do you stay in top four with dross players and be tactically naive?"
==========================================
By having better players than those around you. No matter how many times this shít line is spouted, I know you're not stupid enough to believe that in any of the years we've "won" the top four trophy any one of Spurs, Villa, Everton and or Liverpool (those challenging for top four) have had better teams than us.
How do you fall foul of the exact same issues over and over if you aren't tactically naive?
How do you lose games 5-1, 6-3, 6-0 and 8-2 if you aren't doing something wrong tactically over and over again?
How do you get caught out in the exact same manner, by the exact same piece of shít Stoke side time and time again, if you aren't doing something wrong tactically?
Whether it's Wenger in or Wenger out, tactics, even during his time in France and Japan, have long been known by plenty in football to be Wenger's downfall as he prefers to let the talent take precedence over formal instruction. Not surprising you're clueless to this, however.

Were you by any chance born when we decided to leave Highbury for Ashburton Groove? If so, were you aware of the financial constraints we had to endure? Having to sell key players to stay afloat?
