He would have been better suited at Liverpool Imo.
DiMaria is playing with WC players in Rvp, Falcao, Rooney, Mata ect.

Which of those players is operating at WC level. None. RVP looks so poor. Falcao looks average. Mata is flattered by his stats but looks pony most games. Rooney is being played in midfield. Di Maria would do better in our system with less "big names" than he's doing at Man U currently.

And that's down to Di Maria.
You could tell Ozil was overplayed massively. At real they took him off after 70 mins almost every game at Arsenal it was 90mins every game twice a week.
He had quite a few people jizzing after his first 6 months. When he missed that pen against Bayern he lost it.
I feel sorry for Falcao myself to be honest. I think he is better than this.

Ozil was clearly getting overplayed. Di Maria will now (bar the replay) have one game every week, so fitness won't be an issue.

I think the Arsenal system is suited to a tee for a player like Giroud. United system is shambolic at the moment.
Giroud plays great with fast runners either side of him. Take them away like last season and hes not very good.
I've never said Giroud was a bad player just said that he shouldn't be our first choice.

Cesc goes missing far less than Ozil. Ozil couldn't lace Hazard's boots last season. Even when he was in form, Hazard was the best attacking mid in the league. Let's not kid ourselves. I don't mind Alexis giving away the ball if he keeps taking risks to make things happen and running himself into the ground. I wish Alexis were available when we signed Ozil, and we would have signed a player we actually needed rather than a luxury signing. Would have allowed us buy Cesc, this season too.

How is Ozil more versatile than Cesc. Cesc pulls strings from CM for Chelsea. Ozil can't play CM. Cesc could play as a winger and STILL score and assists more than Ozil. The only thing Ozil does better is dribble. Are we still having an Ozil vs Cesc debate?
