Bolton were really organised in defence, as much as Chelsea were midweek.

However should have went differently only for this very poor ref to again not do his job.

I'm happy for Bolton though, they did well.

Watch the highlights of the Chelsea game today. That should cheer you up.

Slower decision making cost us today. Lallana and Sterling needed to take a shot or pass it earlier rather than an extra 2/3 touches.

Poor decision from the ref in that Markovic v mills incident.

Markovic was through on goal and mills already on a yellow.

The referee didn't help. Bolton defender should have been sent off. We could have had a penalty but we still should beat a team like Bolton.

It was not just this game. We don't have players who can score from half chances. We can't score from pieces. Coutinho and Henderson get on you nerve. Coutinho decision making is so bad. Henderson will not be able to replace Gerrard. He can't cross. Can't tackle. Can't score. Can't head the ball. Allen has to be sold

I thought we played well.

Poor decision making in the final 3rd cost us, as well as obviously the ref who failed to spot a clear red card that our good play had earned.

We are defending a lot better as a team than in the first few months of the season and Bolton only had a couple of half chances.

We had a couple of good chances and lots of shots. They defended very well and probably earned their replay with that.

I still think we will get through. We are well set up to play away from home, and I don't think they are very good at playing on the front foot.

Agree with most of that, Brendan still very positive on BT sport now. Not too bothered, we rested players tonight for a big game Tuesday and we are still in the cup. Confident we will win the replay.
