Yesil - His injury has set him back. He was scoring for fun for Germany Youth team.
The stand out thing about all those players is a lack of genuine pace and athleticism which you need in the Prem these days I feel unless your are super technically gifted with amazing tecnique.
I'm quite certain Morgan could play at a higher level were it not a lack of pace for example as he is an accomplished finisher.
Of my favourites that never made it Suso would be top of the list. Watched him since he was a boy and always had class.
John Welsh of course who captained the reserves for donkeys years.
Hobbs and Ayala I thought may be able to do a job.
Jack Robinson I liked.
Bit worried about Branagan. Seems to have dropped off a bit.

I liked Yesil too when he 1st came in, injuries ruined him and will probably end up playing somewhere else soon.
Although i liked Suso, im not really that gutted he is gone. In the games he played for us he was solid more than outstanding and with Cout, raheem, Lazar... it was going to be very difficult to get into the team.
Out of the current young guns, i like the look of Jack Dunn and Harry Wilson.

Nemeth and Pacheco were two that I was confident would make it. Pacheco in particular looked like he could be a good Prem player. Just shows the fine lines and the levels needed to make it at the very top.
At the moment I am still gutted Suso didn't make it. I fear that it could come back to haunt us.
Going back even further, we signed Pongolle and Le Tellec were the best players at the youth world cup, they were both incredible. Both went on to have reasonable careers, particularly Pongolle in Spain. Thought we had signed a couple of world beaters at the time though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Will never forget the french boys. Not the worst players in the world though.. Pongolle in particular scored a couple of vital goals for us and went onto play for some decent teams in Spain, Portugal and france.
What about Damien Plessis who after his debut was the next Viera
Houllier's "gems" Pongolle and Le Tallec stand out for the wrong reasons. Pongolle wasn't actually too bad, but the next Zidane (Le Tallec) was bloody awful.
They were a pair of hairy gems really.
Pacheco was hyped beyond belief. I thought he would progress into the first team, but again failed.
Suso is another who has trodden the well worn hyped path.

Sergi Canos has a huge reputation. Real & Madrid are watching him really closely right now. I really hope he makes it.

I think the worst one was Gerrardo "new messi" Bruna we stole from real madrid. Last seen playing in the conference.
I think many times the talent is definitely there, its just down to the personality, work ethic etc from the player.
I think they both held this dubious tag.

Lloyd Jones currently looks like he could come good but then so do a lot of young defenders that never really cut it.
I also thought Hobbs was going to be good.
I am also starting to worry about Wisdom. I like that he has got some prem experience but reports are not exactly glowing about him.

Wisdom is not a right back. In youth level he was excellent as a CB and can do a good job for us if we keep a back 3 going.
BR seems to really like Jordan Williams and has sang his praises a few times.
I worry about Rossiter's size for a central midfielder. I have a feeling he could be another Jack Dunn now playing at Cheltenham Town

Agbonlahor looked a real star when he was young, has steadily got worse and worse rather than improving.
Obviously Pacheco for us,
guess the obvious one is micheal johnson at city.....sure injuries played a part....but gotta quiestion his desire to get back playing.....!!!!

Have you seen the size of him recently?
I was in a bar in Manchester 2 years ago and he was stood next to me. My mate pointed him out and I did not believe him until I googled him.
He is a salad dodger
