Is the OP that half wit Kirky?
The only ppl who start fighting are you lot. This is not a big derby for Leeds, just a derby. If Bradford come up, then that will be a massive derby, especially for those who live in Leeds.
Watfordio? Is that the Italian influence?
Very good Wetherby........ For you
I'm going for a 1-2 defeat
Watfordio? Is that the Italian influence? yep.

Oh stop your teasing Mike, I know this game moistens your panties and so do you
I should be confident that we'll steamroller them because this season Leeds are horrendous. They could put a glass eye to sleep and their strikers couldn't hit a cows bum in a brothel. Or something like that.
But it's a derby and I always find our lot sh-t themselves when the away end is full. I'll go for a diplomatic 1-1 for now, probably changing to a pessimistic 0-2 tomorrow then a hopeful 6-0 on Saturday.
These are the fixtures we all enjoy so let's have it! All aboard the banter train 🚂

"3 pints at stake for both clubs"
If we win hope you're paying for a hotel. I know it's only a short distance but can't be condoning drink driving.
Kenneth .... WTF you talking about !!! ??
Top man wethers
Mike...i live in worksop and one of my co workers is a leeds fan....a small mini bus runs from worksop to every leeds home game and a few away days.....now every time you play town a 52 seater coach goes to both games???....how csn this be?...no coach to derby or forest?...yet a full one every town match
If you was born locally you would be very passionate about this game...for year upon year town n leeds slogged it out in the top division..yet you cite drabfud a rival??...a team you have barely played in the same division in your entire history
What a c o c k
4-0 town
When you slog it out for league titles and cups, filled with controversy, that's where rivalry is formed, I don't see much between us and any Yorkshire team, but very much enjoy the games.
Our rivals are:
gala sc um
chelsea
man u
bradford
millwall
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leeds_United_F.C.%E2%80%93Manchester_United_F.C._rivalry
that's what you call a 'rival'
Not 3 bad that Wethers, 5 Champers inspired Ivor the Engine choo! choos! from me
A local rival is a team near you geographical... Leeds Huddersfield. 15 miles...
The old "rivals" argument rolls around every time we play...I refuse to bite anymore.
What is Leeds' biggest attendance this season and against who?
Pow.
How's the snow in Huddersfield? Any risk to the match?
Don't worry Dubai they will get the St Bernard's out.
Like i said earlier wethers..50 worksoppers going to jss satday for their cup final...forest 20 miles down t road and only a minibus will be going...same wi derby
All notts born and excited about playing their local rivals!...the last lot get picked up at enda my road so i will wind mi window darn n give em some stick...including mi work m8
we sell every away game out, not getting your point? Also forest only give us 1300 tickets and im not sure what map you're going from, but it defo ain't 20miles away but you'd expect hudds to be sold out anyway, as its a derby.
Here we go again your not our rivals...blah blah blah.
Galatasaray are our rivals who you've played twice, yes I understand the whole story but that doesn't make you rivals
Rivalry comes from "when you slog it out for League titles and cups"
How many of these have been against Bradford,Millwall,Chelsea and Man Utd.
Please remind me of these title run ins and cup finals you've contested.
Chelsea & Man U are hate fuelled rivalries from both footballing and non footballing reason.
Millwall is just hate fuelled and mainly for non footballing reasons again and Bradford because of its proximity to Leeds.
Most will tell you the same, although anyone who never got to follow Leeds before 2004 might tell you different.
Huddersfield, Barnsley & the Sheff clubs are good old yorkshire derbies.
Well harogate all i can say is it wont hurt so much when we stuff you on saturday then!
And you can look forward to your local derby with bradfud in league 1 next season
I would dare bet money you dont attend leeds games
I just can't get my head around the Bradford one. The other "rivals" are just stories of the past.
Granted Bradford are close logistically as they are to us. But I don't despise Bradford nowhere near as much as Leeds. Despise is a strong word, but you get my drift.
I may be in the minority though
I hate the rivalry thing, simply because people mix it up every game, some you could say is a bigger rivalry, but being the way I am I see who you play on the day as a rival!..
So, I cant work out why it has so many arguing, rivalry is team against team, but some will turn it to fan against fan, and that's where it gets heated!..
We're rivals the next game, after that someone else will be our rivals, but hey, don't tell that to the bods screaming for blood!.
The rivalry is definitely borne from geographical locations. Dunno the exact mileage but it's close. Chances are if you live in West Yorkshire you'll know some folk who support the opposite team and know them really well.
I'm from a family of Leeds fans, but some of my workmates also follow them and one of my closest mates is a ST holder, so if we lose I cop for it and vice versa.
Some Leeds fans may deny the rivalry but of course it's there. You may have a much more intense dislike of other clubs but that makes no difference.
Definitely rivalry there.
