No class Wolfgang, you smutty vulgar man.
................................................................
my solicitors, sue, grabbit and runne, have been informed.
they say that as pundit is a 100% brainless shít i have no case
----------------------------------------------------------------------
100% ......Has it been confirm ?
I wonder what was posted.
Obviously has to be a bit more serious than “Oyston is a bad owner” as that would not be considered libellous as it is an expression of an opinion.
I wouldn’t worry too much about calling Mick a Muppet or describing Sunshine as witless - neither of those would ever be considered as libel and it would be a sad, sad day if they ever were.
I would steer clear of accusing someone of a criminal offence such as breaching The Disability Discrimination Act (2005) though as accusing someone of that, on a public forum, could lead to very serious consequences.
what do you mean tatter ?
brainless shíttyness or witlessness are not recognised diseases as far as i'm aware
Can these things breach international waters?
I see the ocean as my safety net when ripping pardew and the O'Hara's
Absolutely not Wolfgang and, legally, you are entitled to use all of the adjectives about any poster on here or on any other board. You may fall foul of our hosts but not of the law.
Accusing someone of a criminal offence, such a breach of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 or The Disability Discrimination Act (2005) would be an entirely different and far more serious thing to do. That would be libel (unless it could be proved) and could land the poster and the site (if they failed to deal with it) in real hot water as per the Blackpool example.
What about calling Danielle a dog?
i would assume that as cinci is using an english site to comment on people who would see english law as the means to seek redress from any damage they have suffered in england ... that he has not got a safety net.
Dunno Wolfgang, though I kind of assume the site owners would be held responsible for content displayed.

I suppose he could look to sue in the small claims court if you were negligent in losing his suit and if he suffered financial or emotional loss through you not switching the camera on but I doubt there’d be a libel case to answer.

Albion managers don't stick around long enough to catch their names
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
You certainly remember them. Maybe you're special.
Anyway, Albion managers tend not to get their teams relegated, especially in the last 6 years.

How about stylish Mick plays it slick

Meanwhile, he forgets to strengthen his squad and they go down. Stylishly, mind. They certainly looked stylish the last time they played Albion.
Oh wait. 'Stylish Mick plays it slick' was a píss take, yes?
With you now.

Couldn't possibly comment bluey.
Apparantly the facilities at the training ground are atrocious, dangerous even. What a hardship for poor Jamie.
BBC sport says the Oystons are suing a fan for £150,000 for libellous comments for which he's apologised.
It says he's paying £20,000.
And fans around the country are clubbing together to raise more money.
While I disapprove of fans slagging off owners on the internet or social media, I note that Karl Oyston is also being investigated for abusive texts to a fan.
Rather than clubbing together to pay money to rich owners, shouldn't fans be mounting a protest at rich owners demanding large sums of money from pensioners?
The fan concerned has issued an apology on Facebook. Any reasonable person would probably leave it at that, not demand outrageous sums in damages. But maybe the owners think they're better than the rest of us.
He could have saved himself 18k and hired a couple of heavies for 2k to give him a 'polite' warning.
Wolfgang and his terrier would probably do it for threw. He bites pigeons heads off, did you know?
Wolfgang that is, the dog may do too.
