Great news, Let's get JT another year too.
Hazard has resigned from Chelsea?
Will he be pimping himself out to the highest bidder again?

I think you are confusing him with Falcao
If he stays his whole career (which I doubt) he could become our highest goalscorer, He currently has 43 goals and he's just 24.
He will probably be Real Madrid next target.

To be fair who do Arsenal have that Real would want....Welbeck
The way the current market is going, Hazard will only leave for around £100M plus.
Medium sized clubs like the g00nz have to sell, top clubs like Chelsea don't.

maybe, but he is already at a big club, likely to win silverware and nicely rewarded, shame same thing can't be said the outfit at the library scrapping every season for 4th place
That used to be the case, but Chelsea have now been selling fringe players from their point of view at fantastic prices to meet FFP. They may not have too many of those Luiz and Mata types to sell now.
I am sure if Chelsea purchased a new ground using their own money, they would end up selling some top players too.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Madrid come sniffing at some point but their next major target is likely to be De Gea. That said I could only see Madrid making a move if they sold Bale first as I can’t see Ronaldo or Isco going anywhere soon. It wouldn’t be massively logical but then again neither are Madrid, a lot will depend on the marketability of the two in two years from now.
I could see Madrid struggling to get him off us though, we’ll be one of the major forces in a year or two from now if we continue with our current progress and given the new contract Madrid would have to pay silly money.
Ahhhhh yeah

Chelsea will not pay a penny from our own funds for a new ground.
Uncle Roman will take care of that.
If di Maria goes for 60 million and Bale for 85, shouldn't take anything less than 100 million for Hazard

Hahahahha.
Your players left to win trophies and more money not to pay off your stadium Comedy lad
LegendOsgood, now he ( Osgood) was worth a bit ? Hope I have said that with enough belief.
Probably a bit of all 3 Wilson to be honest so I would mostly agree with you. Bigger wages leads inevitably to trophies over a period of time. Look at City since they got in the CL and could buy the likes of Aguero. Ever tried paying rent or a mortgage without making money first.

Aguero was bought with money from the owners, not from revenue.
Aguero came to City well before FFP really kicked in so let's not try to rewrite history here.
My point was that Aguero may not have joined City at that time if they could not offer CL football. If you cannot offer that, you struggle to attract top players.
