I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, that article was made a couple of years ago.

Golovkin would take Floyd apart, I don't care how good Floyd's defence is.

It would be a nightmare fight for Floyd and that's why we'll never see it happen either.

So if Floyd isn't fighting Pacman or Golovkin who will he fight!? May as well feckin retire

Didn't Floyd let the fans vote for his next opponent on his website, and they voted for KHAAAAAAANNNN, but he picked someone else and is still ducking Amir?

Khan would give him a good fight, no doubt. Though Floyd may still win, it would be very very close

Khan has speed, which Mayweather would not want too much of at this point in his career.

Khan would be a step up from the fighters we've seen Floyd cherry picking in recent times.

But if Floyd really wants to prove that he is the best ever as he claims then he needs to fight at least one of Pacquiao or Golovkin. Ideally both.

I showed them clips of Golovkin, if they can't work out his quality and need to wait for the bandwagon to jump on it is not my fault.

Golovkin would smash him to bits and he cuts the ring off better than anyone, so Floyd wouldn't be able to run on the outside. I think we know we'll never see the fight...

Well because Floyd is the one claiming to be the best ever.

Golovkin has already stated that he'd happily go down to 154 pounds to fight Floyd anytime he likes.

Of course it would never happen. If Floyd is scared of Pacquiao then he must be outright terrified of Golovkin who is a brilliant offensive fighter with knockout power.

Sadly there's more chance of the "best ever fighter" fighting Mickey Mouse than Golovkin.

Golovkin has not even been mentioned because Floyd has other fighters in his division that are big fights for him, namely Amir Khan.Khan is a bigger draw than Golovkin also.

The only fight that people have been calling for in Floyd's division is Pacquiao and we know that's never going to happen.

As for Khan being a bigger name or draw than GGG, I totally disagree. Golovkin is on the verge of greatness.

Maybe he will. At the moment Pacquiao is trying to fight Floyd although that appears extremely unlikely to happen and we all know why.

Either way Pacquiao is not claiming to be the best fighter ever, or even the best fighter in this era. Mayweather on the hand is saying that he is the best ever yet he refuses to fight the very best fighters out there in his own era like Pacquiao or Golovkin.

Probably wise because Golovkin would make mincemeat out of Floyd even if he had to move down to 154 to do it.

TBE is a brandIt is all publicity. Floyd knows he isn't the best ever but people like you still get wound up by it.

History has proven that when the best ever tag is given out,it is given out on merit rather than a boxer proclaiming to be the best.

By the way Guv I'm really looking forward to your apology article when the Floyd Manny fight inevitably falls through.

Floyd will fight Cotto next and I've been saying that for weeks. The very best we can hope for is a Floyd v Khan fight but I don't think that Floyd would even take that fight now such is his determination to protect his phoney undefeated record.

Guff thought Mayweather would beat Golovkin.
Certainly change his tune.

True champions should be be willing to fight the best in there division.

Floyd is a paper champion at 154lbs and 147lbs. He ducks the best and his fanboys defend his ducking.
