After reviewing your account I can confirm that the bet was cancelled by our trading team. I have sent you query to be further investigated however it is advised that our Trading Department have the right to refuse, restrict or alter any bets that they see fit, without giving a reason to the customer.
Please be advised that you attempted to tacitly places bets on the same selections multiple times, however these were loosing bets. Whilst I understand your frustration I dis-believe they will give you any more information on the matter.
This can be seen within the Terms and Conditions of our website, which I have included below:
17. REFUSAL OF BETS
17.1 We reserve the right to refuse any bet that is submitted to us, without giving a reason.
17.2 If we are willing to accept a part of a bet, or accept a bet but at different odds or terms, we will always propose a revised bet which you can then decide to accept or decline. There will always be a limited time within which you must make this decision and if you do not respond in time the bet will not be placed.

xxxxxx2016: The winning bet was settled as a winner until it was manually adjusted about 2 weeks later, so should have no problem adjusting the losing bets

xxxxxx2016: It'd be like voiding all the placed horses in the Grand National, but keeping customers money on the losing horses.
