I am very happy to have stayed away from the Europa league yesterday. Too many results that could've killed bets.

Don;t think i would've seen Celtic drawing, Fenerbahce being beaten at home by Molde, fiorentina home loss too.

Could've been a rough day at the office.

I called a 1-1 with Lallana first scorer in the prediction league. Wonder what the odds would've been at the bookies.

I don't like betting on our own games though as I feel like a traitor if I bet against us and I feel like a jinx if I bet for us to win.

I'd imagine the bookies had us as favourites until the news emerged about us taking a weakened squad which is what tempted me to go for the draw.

Conversely, I hate betting on a Utd win.

Ok, when i find the time I'm gonna look at todays games. Fridays can be a bit of fun as long as I steer clear of the French 2nd division. hate that bloody league

I'm really a straight up doubles trebles and accies guy. I like to have the scores updating in the back ground as I spend my day in front of a comp.

I live in Massachusetts where sports betting is illegal (bloody pilgrims), so have to use an online bookie that masks my bank details when i deposit. If I try to use a UK based bookie the MA address stops me from depositing and withdrawing.

So the site I use has only just discovered BTTS but won't yet allow them in multiple.

So its picking winners, win/draw and handicaps for me.

I did it a couple of times, I had Fowler first goal and 3-0 win a few years ago against Sheffield United that came up

Also had Murphy first goal and 1-0 v Man Utd too, the one with the penalty winner, they were only £1 bets tho for the laugh really

The one I was most gutted about tho as I didnt put it on was Hamman first goal and 3-0 win v Newcastle, didnt look at the market it but I posted that tip on a MSN forum I used use

I used to like doing the correct scores too, I remember one season Arsenal won 2-1 at Tottenham 4 times

I bet on the last of those, was the League Cup semi final replay, as both legs ended 2-1 to the away team and a 3rd game was played instead of the extra time and pens we get now

One to watch is Arsenal Sunderland. Apparently there has been a long series of results that alternates between 0-0 and an Arsenal win. It's continued for 6 or 7 games now which is a bit weird.

As for correct results, I remember we lost to Benfica a few seasons back... Think it was 2-0 and Babel or Pennant got sent off.

I remember having this feeling that we'd win the return leg 4-1 with Cardozo scoring for them. Sure enough we did just that but sadly I wasn't old enough to bet

Whats your bet on flora, i missed it.

I bet they score twice in the second half now meaning they will have screwed both of my bets.
