The 7th goal for the Swiss in 89th min cost me around £2300, from a £161 stake

If you back £10, £5 goes on -1 and £5 on -1.5, so if Holland win by one goal, the £5 on the -1 is void..

I think -3 at 5/6 is easy money given that they haven't secured top spot in the group but you never know.

Greece are shhhhite in this tournament but will they lose to Hungary?

No idea! Greece have only scored 3 goals and literally have nothing to play for. Hungary can possibly go through as I understand so should be up for it.

I went for a NI win over Finland because, seeing as they're through, I can see them going there and playing a bit more open and 'free' if you like. And they really should be beating Finland anyway.

I think Poland will bet the republic - just need a nice 2-1 win and that's sorted! Germany at home to Georgia I would hope they'll score a few and seal top spot.

I've also got a 9 game acca - £5 returns just over £600. Couple bets on the rugby and a few goals scored combinations on the footy.

Realised I've made a bit of an error. Wasn't supposed to put NI/Finland BTTS. Just a. NI win. Can't see Finland scoring - could be my undoing here! Much be more careful in future.

So I put my first ever bet on anything a couple of weeks ago and am now officially hooked.

Been getting gradually closer to winning something score wise with my bets as I get to grips with things (as much as you can I suppose, given anything could happen!).

What are people's general approaches here? Personally my initial reaction/tactic has been to focus on leagues I know, thinking that gives me an advantage.

However, I decided to look into which leagues have the highest goals per game ratios, and came across this:

It seems a smarter to move to stick to bets that focus on goals per game and BTTS. And according to this site, leagues in Norway, Estonia etc (basically anything obscure!) are goals galore. I'm thinking of trying this approach and betting on these leagues.

Anyone else doing this? I flicked through this thread earlier and saw people betting on the Estonian league so I'm guess so.
