I reckon that Jabba was so in need of his roid fix that he travelled to Liverpool to go and get them..... From Purple Aki

Purple Aki or 'Purps' as Jabba now calls him, sorted him out with some epic roids which cost top dollar. Unfortunately for Jabba he didn't have the funds due to his habit of calling up Babestation for 2 hours per night, so 'Purps' was happy to settle the debt by other means
