That's pretty much the key when you're a massive club and have the players/funds.....
Think it runs a bit deeper than that. There is a reason that clubs drop out and it's generally about having good players. There is also some perspective needed such as if you miss out on goal difference. If you get a lot of points you get a lot of points - the league table standings don't show everything.
