Shame. This would have been amazing 10 years ago. Same with AJ Styles. I can see him being stripped of all that made him unique.
he will be dancing with Jinder Mahal and Heath Slater before you know it...

Sad, but probably true.
Isn't he related to Yokozuna, cousins or something, they do look very similar? And aren't they part of the wide family in wrestling including The Rock?
Nothing about that on Wikipedia, but Yokozuna's says was a member of the Anoa'i wrestling family: Roman Reigns, Rikishi, Samu, Rosey, Manu, Umaga, and The Rock were among his cousins, The Usos were his first cousins once-removed and Afa and Sika were his uncles.
Maybe I read it somewhere cos the reporter thought it was true due to looking somewhat alike.
If WWE got him he'd be thrown straight to one person and one place - Kevin Steen and NXT. There was a point in time when he could've been put straight in the Raw main event on debut. Sadly that time has LONG passed.
Is he on a rolling contract with ROH?
Imo Joe needs to get in shape then we'll what he can bring. For me though i'm not his biggest fan
I guess while he's with ROH the E won't sign him? Maybe he'll use his time there to get his game back to where it used to be.

Samoa Joe was Chris Jericho's guest on the latest episode of Talk Is Jericho. While Joe didn't talk about any negotiations with WWE during the interview, Jericho stated that he asked Joe as he was leaving if he has any intention of joining WWE. Joe wanted fans to know that there have been discussions and "there's some negotiations going on."
Jericho noted that Joe's name came up while he was speaking to Triple H a few years ago. Triple H told Jericho that he was a fan of Joe and his wrestling style.
