That midfield looks so light wieght. Allen and cout standing on top of each ither are prob still shirter tha. Yaya.

He looked exhausted as did many others. That's my worry about today.

I never expected Sturridge to start the game after Thursday's match I would be delighted with a draw. City I suspect are going to be right up for this one, to get anything I feel that we have to score first

We have two midfielders injured and one playing in defence so have a reserve midfielder on the bench. We have a centre back injured and thus can only have one on the bench and we don't play with full backs. With Sterling able to drop into a wing back position or behind the striker, we have a striker to replace him and also have strikers who can play in behind or on the sides if need be. With the other striker being a plan b.

Forced hand really due to injuries.

Don't get why Kolo doesn't play more. He was amazing against Real Madrid.

He's good backup. The others are players we want to be long term starters. Skrtel has been outstanding this season, Can has come in and done a great job in defence and Lovren needs games and confidence and hopefully to cement a place. If he doesn't then maybe the manager will know where the situation is.
