Looks to be set up for a 4-3-3. Cahill will be doing the Luiz role today. Not exactly confident a final is the time for experimenting but to utilise Fabregas to his best he needs cover to go forwards.
Interesting team to say the very least. The way that line up looks through the 4-2-3-1 eye makes Ramires the M.V.P. Whether the formation a very transparent counter attacking tactic designed for Hazard, Willian & Costa.
Can't judge this until I see what it looks like on the field.
Lump of Celery
, yep it's a 4-3-3. Don't know how I missed that.

We rarely see the line up as 4-3-3 though in fairness but there's such a fine line between the two.
I said Cahill was in midfield but it could actually be Zouma. Zouma I imagine would be better in that position, strong, fast and reads the game well and him having played RB is also familiar with going forward. Plus I think with Cahill it could be a case of you can't teach an old dog new tricks.
We have a youngster in RLC who could have probably done a decent job there, yet we play a square peg in a round hole - I despair for our youth team.
I'm not saying it wouldn't be a risk playing him on a big day like today - but no more a risk that playing Cahill in midfield surely!
Definitely looks like its going to be one of those play like shiite and get a jammy goal type of days

It's easy to forget we started Bertrand in the Champions League final. Sometimes a start in a big game can raise a young players game tenfold.
It's very much a square peg in a round hole situation here. I just hope Cahill plays out of his skin, Kane's a cracking talent who's already shown us what he can do. I also think Cahill starting will have thrown spurs tactically. They surely expected a fabregas/Ramires partnership.
Everybody wrong Zouma the one in front of the 4.

i thought he would start today RLC, but in the end it was a risk not worth taking but i totally agree with the despair of our youth comment, it just feels like there is a hesitance to play em, in fear of the result, and i feel until Roman orders it despite of result this will continue and we ll lose some really good players who just want to play
Leg end, for fck sake today we won at wembley against a good 5 puds side.
This is our first silver ware since 2012!
