Boxing ain't no play sport, it is a brutal game.
I've been in boxing gyms and been through more brutal stuff than that.
Not sure what that little kid was there though.
Cheers for that Superb, a good watch.
On one hand, it looks quite brutal, on the other each participant gets in of his own accord (different if people were forced to do it)
Tell you what though, if you can go for a 30 minute round then you know you can keep up with most people.
The Doghouse.
You need to go to the Shark Tank in a 8ft ring.
, I like the kids doing the rumble at their gym.
Don't see a major issue as long as everyone's happy. (Not sure i'd let the kids do something like that as they got older though, good to see the manchester lad not embarass himself too
Cheers for that Superb, a good watch.

Welcome
What's the Shark Tank?
I dread to ask.
One ring, One Contender. Five minutes, Five Opponents.
A gruelling and punishing exercise, the Shark Tank is the ultimate beasting, designed to force the Contender to dig deep and find that extra gear. Facing a fresh and eager opponent every minute, the Contender gets pushed to the absolute extreme.

We would get put into a tiny ring about 8ft square, and then you would fight an opponent, and every minute than opponent would get out and new one in until you were done.
I remember see one get getting absolutely brutalized in the shark tank. Nose busted, taking heavy punches, really wanted to get out of there but had a few more opponents to go.
The ring would always have blood on it.
Bad gyms you see D4, Someone wants to get out then let them otherwise there only purpose is to amuse the fellas on the outside and therefore noones learning.

It is a tough sport, they have to prepare you how tough it is. No point in finding out on fight night.
there's preparing and preparing bud, any good trainer will stop if someones had enough.
If done right, sounds like good training though. Remember my mate (Navy Boxer,) telling me that for every 3 mins in the ring he needed to train for 30.
