It think defense is where Mayweather excels, and is the key factor in this match up.
I'd give:
Mayweather 10 and Manny 6
Not sure you can give Manny a 6..........His defence is better than that......
I see where you're coming from.....
My take is that it's... Ring smarts vs Pressure/workrate.....
Pacquiao gets a 9 not 8 on Ring Generalship.
Wins Confidence 10 - 9
And Wins Hooks 10 - 9
Mayweather 113 - Pacquiao 117
I didn't expect anything else from you Mate....
At least you're conceding Mayweather has better skills, jab and defence..
I thought you'd have had it 120-108..
Pacquiao will control the pace of the fight with his footwork. Too many feints, creating angles then land a couple or just the one and turn Floyd.
The right hook will take Floyd's jab away as well as being neutralised by Manny's jab.
Floyd will land the straight right, have success in parts, limit the punches that Pacquiao gets through, but not enough.
Pacquiao won't tire and will come on strong when Floyd is tiring.
Comfortable points win for the Pacman
You forgot to add
-unless the ref gets involved
-unless Ariza is still in his corner
-As long as the wind blows the right way.
-As long as the judges aren't all emplyed by Floyd

Pacquiao is a religious man, he doesn't fear losing, and believes he carrying God's will. His confidence is extreme.
Floyd on the other hand, does fear losing, has made remarks in the past how he concerned about his health with a fight with Pacquiao.
Floyd is mentally insecure, surrounds himself with yes men, to boost his confidence.
Floyd might implode under the pressure, Pacquiao is totally confident in every fight, and will come in smiling and waving to the crowd.

Floyd has been ducking the pretty birds though, and only been going for them once they are old or been ruined by other men.
Tyson was unbeaten when facing Douglas, but there was a higher force why Douglas was fighting, he didn't fear Tyson. Winning what he was going to do at all costs.
And Floyd ain't religious, if he is he must know he is going straight to hell.
What was Sugar Shane for Manny then?

Like I said Floyd is going to be a beast working with Memo.
What the hell is he taking.
He has never had arms like that.
Poor lad needs a drink of water, looks very dehydrated

Just look at the difference
Let's look at the confidence..
1. Floyd decided on fighting now....He's been called a cherrypicker for years so it's no big deal that label....But he decides he wants it now...So he obviously thinks Manny is there for the taking..
2. He's unbeaten......
3. He's seen manny struggle with JMM on 4 occasions........
4.He's the favorite..
5. All the great boxers are picking him to win...
As for the arms well I had 16 inch arms before I took gear.....I imagine they are bigger than Floyd's...
You don't weigh 10 and a half stone now do you?
Floyd's arms have been 12 inches over the years
Pacquiao, has supreme faith in his ability and belief in a higher being.
His confidence cannot be shaken.
I had 15 1/2 inch arms when I was 12 st 7 and I'm six inches taller than Floyd..
Your points don't wash...........

12.5 inches.
It plain to see the dramatic increase in size.
