What should happen is the fighter should be banned (preferrably for life,) his/her record should be stripped completely and they should be villified for endangering their opponent.

What will happen (and what has happened) especially in a fight of this magnitude is that it will be ignored until after the fact (as mentioned above.)

NSAC won't ignore it USADA would, they have covered up positive results in the past.

I wonder why Floyd was so adamant USADA had to do the testing and no one else.

Oh and anyone that has been involved in doping should be banned from being around a boxing ring or involved in any way, promoter, trainer, conditioning coach, family members, doesn't matter.

Yup, Memo and Ariza, the fact both Manny and Floyd have used Ariza is a stain on the sport and the fact Floyd's got Memo in his camp now is just

Rios tested positive when Ariza was in his camp, the only fight he has been found to be using.

This was after he worked with Pacquiao, and spending more time with Memo.

USADA will only randomly CIR test or if the T levels are above 4.
